Check out this very interesting estate sale near me this weekend.
Do these count as barn finds? Can anyone name the cars without looking at the ad?

‘59 Dodge and a ‘65 Cadillac. Latter I suspect is a Coupe DeVille based on the grille badge?

There are some weirdly contradicting things in this estate, very cool find though

I w as guessing 67 on the Caddy. Close. Dodge was easy.

1968 Fleetwood Brougham according to the ad

I could have sworn the headlights were vertical in the photo, but apparently not.

Yeah, from the photo I thought the headlamps were vertical (65-66) and not canted forward (67-68). That car sounds like a sweet ride if you like bigly land yachts.

Dude has a luger, a lever action, a 98k (which looks like it isn’t included, , I think a 1917 enfield and an m1 carbine.
I wish I had some money, I’m not far from this.

I want that Cadillac.

The vintage car magazines are tempting and in my budget, but I think I’ll just sleep in
instead.

Doesn’t everyone like bigly land yachts?

That is always my problem with estate sales, Saturday is my one day to sleep in, and you’re always competing against older timers who are up at the butt crack of dawn.

There are people who love bigly land yachts and people who are wrong.

This is the correct take

Ijust wish I knew what any of those would sell for to know if it would be worth my time. The enfield is a little lesser known, it might be cheap.

Yes, I’ll take one Walther P38 and a Caddy, to go please.

I am guessing the Enfield is the one that is crossed off and may already be sold or spoken for.
Is that the one next to the Mouser? I’ve watched plenty of Forgotten Weapons videos, but still can’t identify most guns by sight.

Yeah. although I just noticed the box says mitchell’s mausers so it could be not a great collector gun. They have a bad reputation in the community for cobbling guns together and faking markings.
I believe the enfield is still listed as as the remington, as they made those guns. I can’t tell the rifle that was crossed off as it doesn’t seem to be another in the pictures.
